Strong Legs, Safely Loaded
Leg Press & Hack Squat is not yet open at IZEL, so we are not taking bookings for it and no appointment can be made. Everything below explains what it is and how it is intended to be used, so you can decide whether it is worth your time when it opens. If it is, register your interest and we will get in touch then.

The fixed path of the machine lets you load the legs while your back is supported and the range of movement is controlled, which is why it is used to build leg strength without asking you to balance anything. That strength is built with the everyday movements it supports in mind — stairs, standing up from a chair, getting up off the floor.
Who it's for
- Wanting to build leg strength without balancing a free weight
- Working on stairs, standing from a chair, or getting up off the floor
- Returning to leg strength work after stiffness, weakness or time off
What to expect
You are guided into the machine and the range of movement is set to something comfortable. Resistance begins light and is checked and adjusted with you as you go, rather than pushed ahead of what you are ready for.
Supervised use only.
Technique is taught before any load is increased, and existing knee, hip or cardiac conditions are assessed with you first. Suitability is decided at that assessment and we will tell you plainly if it is not right for you yet.
We are not taking bookings for Leg Press & Hack Squat and nothing can be reserved today. Leave your details and we will let you know once it opens — no appointment is made, and no time is held.
