Deep Recovery & Comfort
How it works
Low-level electromagnetic pulses travel through soft tissue. They are studied for their effect on local circulation and cellular activity, which is why PEMF is explored for muscular comfort and for recovery between harder sessions.
Who it's for
- Carrying general muscular tightness after training or long working days
- Looking for a passive recovery option that asks nothing of you
- Building a recovery routine alongside physiotherapy or movement work
What to expect
You lie down in a quiet room and stay still. Some people feel a faint pulsing, many feel nothing at all, and most simply rest for the duration.
Not suitable if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or another electronic implant, and not used during pregnancy.
We screen before your first session and will say so if it is not right for you.
PEMF is one part of a plan, never the whole of it. These are the concerns it is combined into at IZEL; which of them applies to you, and what sits alongside it, is decided at your assessment.

Curious whether PEMF suits you?
Start with a consultation. We look at what you are dealing with first, then say plainly whether this is the right thing for it.
Tell us a little about your goals and our team will design a personalised recovery plan for you.
