Warm, Loosening Steam
Steam is not yet open at IZEL, so we are not taking bookings for it and no appointment can be made. Everything below explains what it is and how it is intended to be used, so you can decide whether it is worth your time when it opens. If it is, register your interest and we will get in touch then.

Humid heat warms the skin and the airways together. It is used to soften muscle before hands-on work and to open the breath, which is why it commonly sits either side of an Ayurveda therapy or at the close of a recovery visit.
Who it's for
- Preparing for hands-on or Ayurveda work with muscle that feels tight
- Wanting warmth that feels softer and heavier than dry heat
- Looking for a calm, unhurried way to finish a visit
What to expect
Warm, quiet and enveloping, with limited visibility and a heavy feeling to the air. You step out to cooler air, rinse and rest.
Not suitable during pregnancy, with unstable cardiovascular conditions, or with respiratory conditions that worsen in humid air.
We screen before your first session and will say so if it is not right for you.
We are not taking bookings for Steam and nothing can be reserved today. Leave your details and we will let you know once it opens — no appointment is made, and no time is held.
