Sound-Guided Deep Rest
How it works
Low frequencies travel through soft tissue as gentle vibration while the paced sound gives attention somewhere easy to rest. The combination is explored for helping an over-stimulated nervous system settle, which is why it suits the end of a long day.
Who it's for
- Finding it hard to switch off even when there is time to
- Wanting rest without meditation instructions to follow
- Building a sleep or stress-support routine
What to expect
You lie back in low light and let the sound carry. Many people lose track of time and a good number fall asleep, which is a perfectly acceptable outcome.
Not suitable with a pacemaker or other electronic implant, during pregnancy, or with a seizure disorder triggered by sound or rhythm.
We screen before your first session and will say so if it is not right for you.
Sound Therapy is one part of a plan, never the whole of it. These are the concerns it is combined into at IZEL; which of them applies to you, and what sits alongside it, is decided at your assessment.
- Stress, Sleep & CalmHelp a busy nervous system settle, sleep more deeply, and build a routine you can actually keep.Opening soon
